Cycle City encourages community support of Cycles of Change. Cycles of Change is a local youth non-profit bicycle program working for over ten (10) years to provide a variety of bicycle education and distribution programs at schools and community centers in heavily “transit-dependent” areas of the East Bay. Amongst other worthy endeavors, Cycles of Change operates bicycle recovery and restoration workshops wherein youth and adults are able to readily obtain healthy, reliable, sustainable transportation.
