- BikeAlameda is a local non-profit advocacy group representing cyclists of Alameda. GO GREEN! This year's Bike to Work Day, held on May 13, was a great success!
- Changing Gears APC is another local non-profit group focused on, amongst other worthy causes, helping underprivileged youth.
- Team Alameda is an Alameda riding club that seeks to inspire and encourage cycling in the community. Rides launch Saturdays at 8am and Sundays at 9am from the Kaiser Permanente Alameda Medical Center at 2417 Central Avenue (just off Park Street and just a few steps south of Peets, our former meeting place).
