Cycle City is very pleased to announce our Saddle Demo Program.

Comfort means everything in cycling. And that is why we are willing to bet that you will really like this one. What is comfortable for one person may not necessarily be comfortable for another. Recommendations made to you by friends, coworkers or even by us bike shop folks may not work for your individual situation.

Choose a saddle from a selection that includes our personal favorites as well as our customers' most popular choices. Ride the saddle for a week. You will be riding your bike, on your stomping grounds, with our saddle. What better way to get a real, true feel for your new saddle?

Bill Lockyer Bay Trail Bridge

You don't have to use Doolittle Drive to ride from Alameda to points South anymore.

The new Bill Lockyer Bay Trail Bridge spans the gap between Oyster Bay Regional Park in San Leandro and the Oakland Airport , and it officially opened Friday, May 7th.

The Bay Trail has been coming together, piece by piece, since work began in 1989. It got its start in 1987 with Senate Bill 100, which authorized the Association of Bay Area Governments to develop and adopt a plan for a continuous recreational corridor around the perimeter of San Francisco and San Pablo bays.

300 miles of the Bay Trail are now complete. 200 to go.

Trek 3rd District

A District should look as awesome as it is to ride. That’s where the 3rd District is coming from. Polished parts and a clean white body mixed with a chain drive singlespeed gave us reason to find one more accent color. We chose Air Force blue. We’ll give you one guess why.
